there’s a platypus on your dash

Reblogging because I don’t think I have ever seen a platypus walk before and…just…squeak.

wat

Look at that platypus wiggle. Wiggle what yo mama gave you.

And as soon as you think you’ve seen it all, Tumblr hits you with a Platypus.

oh there you are Perry

interesting infographic from Reddit

Note: Missing is Wake/UNCSA/Forsyth County and ECU/whatever county Greenville is in. Related?

NCSU is in Wake county…

nonono not Wake County, I meant Wake Forest. The school.

Haha. I forget about how Wake Forest exists basically all the time. I understand now.

ECU is in Pitt County, which went heavily for (but that makes sense, because both Pitt County and ECU are pretty conservative).  Guilford County (Greensboro) and New Hanover County (Wilmington) both ended up going for by very, very small margins.

Could it also be that those are mostly college students voting, mostly of college age, who haven’t finished college? Yes, I understand there are lots of other professionals but you cannot really say that this is a good study; in doing so, you say that anyone who graduated from college is in those counties and I can promise you, it isn’t that way. Someone in college should easily be able to pick out that this is horribly supported.

Got to love kids….

“Yes, they liked the life sized metal horse. But they decided it would be cooler if the you could press the two buttons and it would come to life. Ask her if she can work on that.”

Life is like a box of chocolates…

Or a bar of chocolate, if you can’t read the German on the label.

Happy Easter!

Buddha died 483 BCE, was cremated and buried in 8 different places in India. He’s still there.
Muhammad died 632 AD and is buried in Medina Saudi Arabia. He’s still there.
Joseph Smith died in 1844 and is buried in Nauvoo, Illinois. He’s still there.
But Jesus died nearly 2000 years ago and guess what? He is no longer there!

Hallelujah, my Lord and Savior is risen indeed! By his stripes we are healed!
